About

I’m a writer and radio producer with a background in documentary, performance, language and fiction.

Between 1999 and 2017, I worked at ABC Radio National, contributing to programs like Radio Eye, 360documentaries, The Night Air, The Listening Room and PocketDocs. My work has earned international recognition, including awards from the Prix Marulić in Croatia, the Third Coast International Audio Festival in Chicago, and the New York Festivals.

Before joining the ABC, I taught English to speakers of other languages in Australia and to Spanish speakers in Spain. More recently, I’ve been teaching Creative Writing at the University of Sydney, where I’m nearing the completion of a PhD in Creative Writing.

This website serves as an archive of my audio work – a collection of stories, features and experiments that span my years in radio and beyond.
